• Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that all submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Obtain any necessary licenses, permissions, or approvals for content provided to us.

Hellux Media shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of cooperation from the client.

Payment terms are communicated before the commencement of any project.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• An advance payment may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Failure to complete a project after work has commenced does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

Estimated timelines are based on:

• Timely client communication
• Availability of required materials
• Scope of work
• Third-party platform approvals

Delays caused by clients or external platforms may extend project completion dates.

Hellux Media is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

• Changes in advertising costs
• Changes to platform policies

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms used.

Hellux Media may display selected campaign samples, promotional creatives, YouTube video links, influencer collaborations, screenshots, brand logos, or marketing results on its website or portfolio solely for demonstration and promotional purposes.

These examples are intended only to showcase our previous work and capabilities.

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• Hellux Media does not claim ownership of any creator, brand, channel, or content displayed.
• Displaying campaign materials does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, or ongoing business relationships with the respective creators or brands.
• All trademarks, logos, videos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All original strategies, designs, marketing materials, reports, graphics, website layouts, and creative work developed by Hellux Media remain the intellectual property of Hellux Media until full payment is received.
• Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
• Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred as specified in the project agreement.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

Hellux Media values the confidentiality of client information.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of a project, including:

• Business plans

• Financial information
• Client records

This obligation survives the completion or termination of the project unless disclosure is required by law.

While Hellux Media uses industry best practices and proven marketing strategies, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

We do not guarantee:

• Viral content
• Guaranteed sales or revenue
• Specific follower or subscriber growth
• Exact lead volume
• Return on advertising spend (ROAS)
• Continuous availability of third-party platforms
• Long-term account performance

Marketing results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including competition, audience behavior, platform algorithms, seasonality, advertising budgets, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellux Media shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
